During the week end we had a few occasions to make Christmas crafts with the children. We focused on the Christmas tree decorations. 1. thinking that children end up eating way too much sugar during Christmas festivities, I made a variation to the traditional ginger bread decoration. At the Italian Association's Christmas party, we used paper board instead of real biscuits. Children seemed not to notice the difference and eagerly decorated plenty of mock biscuits. For this craft we used paper board, Christmas themed cookie cutters, glitter glue, pipe cleaners, hole punch, and ribbons.
2. at the the end of the year I found I still had plenty of paper rolls left. So I planned to turn them into Christmas decoration cutting the roll in two and making holes for the ribbon. The rest was up to the children's imagination. @Luckan
